The Process
Successful entrepreneurs know how powerful it is to use someone else's experience, specialist knowledge and expertise for their own success.
Our coaching is hybrid. You will receive a board to monitor your goals and be provided with suitable resources that you can work on at your own pace.

Phase 01
Strategic Blueprint
Apply and then Book your first strategy meeting with Kriss. After your booking, we will send you a calendar link with the corresponding link to the meeting room.
Please have the following information ready:
Annual turnover
Total monthly expenditure
Savings in the bank
Average monthly income
Three goals or topics for counselling that you need help with
A measurable focus goal for the next 12 months (For example: earn at least 250k every month and have time for the family every day starting at 1pm).
Make sure you are in a quiet place with good quality headphones and a microphone and are not distracted.
Strategy session: Work out what your No. 1 focus goal is and build the concrete steps to achieve it.
After the session, you will receive a recording of the conversation, along with notes, relevant links to the topics discussed and recommended actions.
